Dr. Bushra Iqbal, the ex-wife of well-known TV anchor and MNA National Assembly Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain, was very involved and worried about her ex-husband’s exhumation case, which was brought by his third wife, Dania Malik. Bushra wanted the court to allow a postmortem on Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain’s dead body. Bushra voiced her concern about it on multiple occasions.
She also followed Dania’s case and filed a petition against the High Court’s previous decision to perform an autopsy on the dead body of the host, Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain. She also asked friends and fans of the late anchor to speak out because an autopsy is painful for the dead and is against Islam. The court then took back what it had said.
Today, she said that she was happy with the Sindh High Court’s latest decision on another petition filed by Dania. In the decision, the court denied the petition to dig up the dead body of the deceased anchor. She wrote: “Alhamdulillah ya Rabb, the Sindh High Court has turned down the appeal to dig up Aamir Liaquat’s grave.
She showed Aamir Liaquat’s pictures to his children and said, “Allah Haq ke sath hota hai.” This means that Allah always stands up for the truth. Check out what she wrote.
