In the short film, a young boy completing his musicology thesis was introduced to the audience. The child set off on a mission to discover Pakistan’s rich cultural legacy, encouraged by his mother. He learned the national anthem, “Pak Sarzameen,” was written by A.G. Chagla in 1949, just one year after he was appointed to the National Anthem Committee (NAC), during his study.

The movie, titled “Celebrating 75 years of Azadi – The Notes of Chagla,” gave the lead character the ability to use digital media to tell the stories of unsung national heroes, both well-known and less well-known. Simi Raheal and Shehryar Munawar played prominent roles in the movie, which was widely shared on all of Zong 4G’s social media channels.
